City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO) have advanced plans for a major Integrated Logistics Park (ILP) near Chirle village in Pushpak Node. About 374 hectares of land have been allocated for the project. Designed as a comprehensive logistics ecosystem, the ILP will feature core infrastructure, utility networks, and social amenities to support seamless operations. Aligned with the Government of Maharashtra’s MIDC Pass-through Policy, the development is guided by a detailed master plan that segments the area into seven dedicated logistics zones. The park will accommodate a diverse mix of activities, including warehousing, CFS, ICDs, logistics hubs, and light industrial operations. By integrating infrastructure with policy support, the ILP is positioned to strengthen regional supply chains, enhance cargo efficiency, and reinforce Navi Mumbai’s emergence as a logistics and distribution hub.
