India’s largest industrial and logistics infrastructure developer, owner, and operator by total network area has built a pan-India portfolio spanning nearly 60 million sq. ft., of which around 27 million sq. ft. is already operational, across 46 assets in 10 cities. The platform stands out for its unmatched in-city presence, with 17 assets across seven cities catering to surging last-mile logistics demand and providing direct access to more than 20 million end consumers. Backed by Blackstone, which made its first acquisition in 2020, the company has achieved this scale in a record five years. It operates a fully integrated, end-to-end ecosystem encompassing fulfilment centres, industrial facilities, and in-city logistics hubs, supported by a high-quality portfolio with 95 per cent committed occupancy and a marquee customer base of over 100 clients, nearly 60 per cent of which are Fortune 500 companies. The company is now preparing for an IPO to raise approximately USD 500 million (₹4,250 crore), including around USD 200 million (₹1,650 crore) already secured through a pre-IPO round involving marquee investors such as 360 ONE, SBI Life Insurance, SBI, Radhakishan Damani, EAAA, and DSP Investments, with a primary issuance of about USD 300 million (₹2,600 crore).
