GAL Aviation has announced the implementation of Kale Logistics’(Kale) Airport Cargo Community System (ACS) as the official platform for appointment scheduling and cargo delivery management at El Dorado International Airport. This initiative represents a step toward enhancing efficiency, transparency, and coordination within the airport’s cargo logistics ecosystem. By adopting the ACS platform, GAL Aviation seeks to strengthen collaboration among exporters, forwarders, transporters, and other supply chain stakeholders. The system is designed to optimise cargo operations through structured appointment scheduling, thereby improving cargo flow and reducing operational bottlenecks. The implementation is likely to yield various operational and economic benefits, including reduced waiting times for cargo handling, greater predictability in service delivery, optimised cargo movement between terminals and delivery zones, and enhanced visibility and traceability of shipments.
