The industry also looks for regulatory clarity through unambiguous notifications on litigation-prone issues and a legal framework defining accountability of each stakeholder—shipper, logistics service provider, carrier, custodian, and regulator—to reduce disputes, improve compliance, and enhance ease of doing business.”
