NDR InvIT Trust, India’s first listed warehousing and industrial parks InvIT on the National Stock Exchange, has acquired two Grade-A, fully operational warehouses in Kochi and Coimbatore for a total consideration of ₹260 crore. The acquisition, with a Gross Asset Value of ₹271 crore, expands its footprint to 18 cities nationwide. Both assets are fully leased, with a weighted average lease expiry (WALE) of 5.2 years. Post-acquisition, NDR InvIT’s total operating portfolio will grow to approximately 22.96 million sq ft. Managing Director Amrutesh Reddy stated that the move aligns with the trust’s strategy to strengthen its presence in high-growth logistics markets while maintaining asset quality and ensuring sustainable returns for investors.
