Ritco Logistics has joined forces with Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) to drive large-scale, full-rake wheat transportation across India. The collaboration leverages CONCOR’s expansive rail network to move wheat from surplus-producing states, such as Punjab, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh to high-demand regions in the East and South. By deploying full rakes of 80 specialised container wagons — each having a capacity to carry up to 2,800 MT — the initiative ensures faster transit, reduced costs, and minimal disruption compared to road transport. With fixed schedules, planned rake availability, and continuous operational coordination, this move enhances reliability in the distribution of a staple commodity vital to PDS and milling industries.
