E-commerce giant, SHEIN. has partnered with DHL Group by adopting DHL’s GoGreen Plus service for its air cargo operations. The initiative promotes the use of SAF, produced from renewable sources such as waste oils and agricultural residues, which can cut greenhouse gas emissions by up to 80 per cent. SHEIN plans to integrate SAF-related emissions reductions into its corporate sustainability framework. As an international e-commerce continues to expand, collaborations like this highlight the growing focus on decarbonising air freight and making logistics more environmentally responsible.
