World Star Aviation has delivered a Boeing 737-800 Boeing Converted Freighter (BCF) to West Atlantic UK, strengthening the operator’s air cargo network across the UK and Europe. This aircraft marks the first of two additional 737-800BCFs that World Star has placed with West Atlantic, following the successful delivery of an initial three aircraft to the airline. According to World Star, the newly delivered freighter “will enter service shortly,” underscoring the lessor’s continued confidence in the 737-800BCF platform. The additional placements reflect sustained market demand for efficient narrowbody freighter capacity, particularly as operators seek flexible, fuel-efficient aircraft to support growing regional and intra-European cargo operations.
